In 2023, Shelly pitched an idea to her friend and long-time colleague, Angel Magasano, that would ultimately give birth to a full-service hybrid publishing company. After being a member of Angel's powerful network of LBB: Women in Business for more than seven years, Shelly realized the impact of personal growth she had experienced in this strong group of women, and the stories that could be told and published. With wise women in mind, Shelly and Angel began a quest to bring the best of the publishing world to this company with the goal of elevating and promoting the voices of women.
